BAPS youth volunteers are exposed to leadership skills from the first day of their involvement. The depth of activities enables them to develop their leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills by gaining hands-on experience. They design and implement humanitarian, social, and youth-specific projects, such as walkathons and food drives. They also plan youth programs at festivals, de-addiction campaigns, Mega Festivals, and relief operations around the world. Youths studying at BAPS schools and hostels run entire operations from serving food and cleaning their quarters to maintaining a system of attendance and academic progress. These youths are equipped with valuable experience that cannot be learned solely from books.
