Three days teacher’s training program successfully came to its culmination on 26th July where the teachers working at BAPS Swaminarayan Vidyamandir attended the enlightening sessions of various resource people.
The first day began with the pious session by Pujya Tyagvatsal Swami who unfolded the mystery of Hinduism as defined by various gurus. He also introduced the philosophy of Bhagwan Swaminarayan and thereafter the legacy taken up by our beloved Gurus. The next two sessions were addressed bythe renowned psychologist Dr Sumit Ghosal. He emphasized on building healthy relationship with our students and become student smart. His talks included important topics like the Mirror Principle and the lens Principle .The second day session began with an effective topic of ‘Communication’ taken up by Dr Mukesh Dalal, a well known clinical psychologist. He motivated the teachers to be fit mentally and physically. On the last day, Shri Sanjaybhai Patel , the esteemed member of the SMC highlighted the importance of seven habits of Covey. Realizing “Who am I?’ is essential for all of us to live life more happily and with contentment.
Later, the close association of teachers in the revision came as an ice breaking and the bonds among teachers were strengthened. The teachers felt more confident and prepared to take up the challenges in the teaching learning process.
