BAPS Swaminarayan Vidyamandir is continuously working for education, culture and personality development. The investiture ceremony program was organized on 12/07/24, Friday for the personality development of the student.
On this occasion, the principal administrator of the school Saint Pujya Punya Kirtan Swami, members of the school management committee, members of the Parents Teacher Association and a few more parents were invited.
Punya Kirtan Swami congratulated the team and reminded them that with the position comes the responsibility towards one's school and all the students. He advised them to be role models for their peers and juniors.
Students were appointed as Student Council representatives to develop the spirit of leadership, cooperation, helping each other and how to use their leadership qualities in any situation. Badges were awarded to the Head Boy, House Captain, Prefect, Section Monitor and Monitor. The Head Boy of the year 2023-24 hands over the flag to the newly selected Head Boy. All the students selected to the student council took the oath.
At the end of the program, Mrs. Sangitaben Choksi gave guidance on how to develop leadership skills among the students.
All the members of the Student Council joined together in a grand parade and graced the occasion. The program concluded with the National Anthem.
બી.એ.પી.એસ. સ્વામિનારાયણ વિધામંદિર શિક્ષણ, સંસ્કાર અને વ્યક્તિત્વ વિકાસ માટે સતત કાર્યશીલ છે. વિદ્યાર્થીના વ્યક્તિત્વ વિકાસ અંતર્ગત ઇન્વેસ્ટીચર સેરેમની કાર્યક્રમનું આયોજન તા.૧૨/૦૭/૨૪, શુક્રવારના રોજ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
આ પ્રસંગે શાળાના મુખ્ય સંચાલક સંત પૂજ્ય પુણ્ય કીર્તન સ્વામી, શાળા સંચાલન સમિતિના સભ્યો, પેરેન્ટ્સ ટીચર એસોસિએશનના સભ્યો તથા કેટલાક વાલીઓ ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા.
પૂજ્ય પુણ્ય કીર્તન સ્વામીએ ટીમને અભિનંદન પાઠવ્યા અને યાદ અપાવ્યું કે પદ સાથે પોતાની શાળા અને તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પ્રત્યે જવાબદારી આવે છે. તેઓએ તેમના સાથીદારો અને જુનિયરો માટે રોલ મોડેલ બનવાની સલાહ આપી.
વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નેતૃત્વ, સહકારની ભાવના, એકબીજાને મદદરૂપ થવાની ભાવના ના વિકાસ માટે તથા કોઈ પણ પરિસ્થિતિમાં પોતાના નેતૃત્વશક્તિના ગુણનો ઉપયોગ કઈ રીતે કરવો તેની માહિતી આપી, તેઓની વિદ્યાર્થી પરિષદના પ્રતિનિધિ તરીકેની નિમણૂંક કરવામાં આવી હતી. જેમાં વિદ્યાર્થી પ્રમુખ(Head boy), વિદ્યાર્થી કપ્તાન(House captain) તથા વિદ્યાર્થી પ્રતિનિધિ(Prefect) અને વિભાગીય પ્રતિનિધિ(Section Monitor) તથા વર્ગ પ્રતિનિધિ(Monitor) ને બેજ એનાયત કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા. વર્ષ 2023-24 ના વિદ્યાર્થી પ્રમુખએ નવનિર્મિત વિદ્યાર્થી પ્રમુખને ધ્વજ એનાયત કર્યો હતો. વિદ્યાર્થી પરિષદમાં નિમાયેલા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ શપથ ગ્રહણ કરી હતી.
કાર્યક્રમના અંત ભાગમાં વોર્ડ નંબર 11 ના કોર્પોરેટર શ્રીમતી સંગીતાબેન ચોક્સી જેઓએ વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં નેતૃત્વ શક્તિનો વિકાસ થાય તે અંતર્ગત માર્ગદર્શન આપેલ.
વિદ્યાર્થી પરિષદના તમામ સભ્યોએ એક સાથે ભવ્ય પરેડમાં જોડાઈ કાર્યક્રમની શોભામાં અભિવૃદ્ધિ કરી હતી. અંતમાં રાષ્ટ્રગાન સાથે કાર્યક્રમનું સમાપન કરવામાં આવ્યું.
