Mahuva is a coastal town in Gujarat and is well known across the Swaminarayan Sampradaya as the birthplace of Brahmaswarup Bhagatji Maharaj, the second spiritual successor of Bhagwan Swaminarayan.
On the outskirts of this town, His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj has inspired a beautiful pink stone mandir, which was inaugurated recently.
Thousands of devotees from India and abroad attended the 3-day murti-pratishtha celebrations in the presence of sadguru sadhus.

In the morning, the Vedic Yagna for World Peace was held in which hundreds of yajman couples participated.
After the initial rituals by sadguru sadhus, the chief guest Pujya Shri Morari Bapu arrived. After offering pujan to the murtis, Pujya Morari Bapu addressed the gathering.
In the afternoon, a grand nagar yatra of the murtis was held through the town. The 4-km long route was lined with onlookers eager to enjoy the devout festive atmosphere.

In the morning, the consecration rituals were performed by the sadguru sadhus – Pujya Keshavjivan Swami (Pujya Mahant Swami), Pujya Swayamprakash Swami (Pujya Doctor Swami), Pujya Bhaktipriya Swami (Pujya Kothari Swami) and Pujya Tyagvallabh Swami.
Pramukh Swami Maharaj had previously performed the Vedic murti-pratishtha rituals for the murtis at Sarangpur on 20 January 2014.
After the consecration rituals, a celebration assembly was held in which invited dignitaries and sadguru sadhus addressed the audience. Youths of Bhavnagar also performed a traditional dance depicting the glory of mandirs.
