In India, the celebration of Hindi Diwas was started after the independence of the country. Hindi was adopted as the national language of India by the Indian constitution on September 14, 1949.
The students of Swaminarayan Vidyamandir Randesan celebrated Hindi Diwas on 14th Sep '23. A special assembly was organised. Entire assembly was conducted in the Hindi language. The students highlighted the importance of the Hindi Diwas and Hindi language followed by a group song. The special part of the entire program was the skit which emphasised on the fact that how all the languages are intermingled with each other and how each language plays an important role. The program concluded with a dance which highlighted ‘Unity in Diversity’.
The occasion of Hindi Diwas is important for all of us because it reminds us that we should respect the language.
