Teachers impart not just education but also values. They are the backbone of our education system and support the upbringing of numerous students. Swaminarayan Vidyamandir celebrated Teachers Day on 5th September’22.
The celebration began with a special assembly wherein the students demonstrated a fun filled teaching learning process in classrooms. They also highlighted the evolution of the teaching learning process from the Gurukul system to the modern classsrooms. The special part of the celebration was where the students had become various subject teachers. The school appointees took over the running of the school for a day and acted as substitute teachers in the classroom. It was a day when the whole school paid tribute to its teachers and faculty members.
The celebration ended with a feast organised for all the teachers. The Teachers for a day sat, and had a discussion with real teachers. The students shared their experience of the day and how they actually would appreciate the role of thier teacher furthermore in thier life.
