We celebrate Teachers’ day every year throughout the country on 5th September. Students express their gratitude and appreciation for their teachers on this day. This day is dedicated to Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan – second President of India. The great academic philosopher, and one of the most well-known diplomats, scholar, president of India and above all a teacher. As a tribute to this great teacher, his birthday has been observed as teachers' day.
BAPS Swaminarayan Vidyamandir celebrated ‘Teachers Day’ on 5th September2019. The responsibility of teaching was taken up by the students of IX Std, as an appreciation for their teachers. Students went to class to deliver lectures of various subjects. A get together for all, the student teachers as well as the regular teachers was arranged. Some of the teachers shared their experiences and challenges with everyone. Our respected assistant Director, Mr. Bharat Mavadia, addressed all the teachers with his inspiring words. He thanked all the teachers for their diligence, sincerity and hard work. He also addressed all the students and acknowledged their contribution on Teacher’s day celebration.
