BAPS Swaminarayan Vidhyamandir celebrated it's 3rd patotsav on the first day of Ashadh month, 29 September.
Students enthusiastically made preparation for it by decorating prayer hall, annakut and preparations of mahapuja. Students, YTK participants, teachers and non teaching staff assembled on the auspicious occasion. The holy chants of mahapuja was received by group of students. More than 100 food items were offered by the staff members and volunteers from Ahemdabad and Gandhinagar. It included cakes, bakery items, fast food, traditional dishes, sweets, chocolates, fruits, juices and many more. 5 thals we're recited with devotion after the commencement of Mahapuja. Towards the end after darshan and receiving blessings from elders, the students celebrated the joy by dancing in the form of Garba.
