Satsang Shikshan Exams 2018, Randesan, India

As part of the multifarious socio-spiritual activities carried out by BAPS, Satsang Examinations have been playing a fundamental role in enriching and enlightening thousands of devotees, young and old, with the knowledge of Vedic, cultural and Satsang values. Satsang Examinations were the dream of Yogiji Maharaj, realized through the inspiration and efforts of Pramukh Swami Maharaj and continued under the guidance of Mahant Swami Maharaj.

Satsang Exams have been undertaken at Swaminarayan Vidyamandir since 2016. In 2016 112 number of students participated, 163 students participated in the year 2017 and this year too, continuing the tradition 275 students participated in Satsang exams. The Satsang Vihar exam was conducted on 22nd July and Other exams were on 15th July. The number of participants was as under:

The students spent 15 mins every day in a group asking questions and preparing for Satsang exams. This ensured that the exams weren’t an additional burden but easy and yet informative to them. IN the end, everyone was enriched with the knowledge and values of Satsang.
