Appreciation is better shown than told. Students don’t necessarily have to win a competition or score A+ to be appreciated. Each student is special and they deserve appreciation for what they are good at.
Celebrating all such students, BAPS Swaminarayan Vidyamandir, Randesan appreciated students with certificates at end of 1st semester, 11th October 2017 for consistent behavior in and outside classroom of students. They were observed and graded by teachers and other staff on campus. The students were given certificates in as many as 15 behavioral categories.
It was a genuine try to make students feel appreciated for little things that they do every day which is significant enough to change and shape their lives.
