Around 235 children from across Bengaluru enthusiastically participated in this one-day Bal-Balika Shibir camp.
Based on the theme ‘Rainbow of Habits’ representing the seven colours of the rainbow, the shibir guided the children on adopting seven important values of Indian culture in their daily lives. These values were taught through engaging and interactive activities, video presentations, dance performances, discussions, discourses, games, and other fun learning activities.
A special aspect of the event was that the entire shibir was planned, managed, and conducted by children who had memorized the Satsang Diksha shastra, demonstrating their leadership, discipline, and dedication.
The seven colours of the rainbow represented the following seven values:
Violet – Confidence
Indigo – Respect Your Parents
Blue – Study Hard
Green – Healthy Lifestyle and Yoga
Yellow – Control Your Emotions
Orange – Satsang and Bal Sabha
Red – Gadgets Awareness
Through these seven themes, the shibir inspired children to develop strong character, positive habits, and a deep appreciation for Indian culture and spirituality.
