Prior to your travel, our team of highly experienced medical specialist will reviews your medical history and , if require- will assist you in scheduling a telemedicine (video) consultation with a doctor or representative to thoroughly analyze your medical status and conduct a detailed assessment of your current health and advise you on the best treatment options and to plan your treatment journey.
Visa assistance
On confirmation of the treatment program with our hospital, patients will send the scanned copy of their passport. On receiving the passport, our coordinator will issue a Visa Assistance letter for the patient and the attendant to visit India on medical Visa.
Our Visa Assistance letter shall help you to complete visa related formalities.
Get a personalized treatment plan, Travel Arrangements and estimate
Our care goes beyond your hospital visit. Once your travel dates are confirmed, Book your tickets and send us the scanned copy of your tickets to confirm arrival date and time. The BAPS Yogiji Maharaj Hospital team will arrange all of your appointments, local transportation (on request), and hotel reservations (on request). Airport Pickup and Drop
On arrival of the patient at the airport, they would be assisted by our representative to bring them to the hospital. On request /Complimentary pick & drop facility from airport/hotel to the hospital provided.
Patient Executive
We assign Single point of contact (SPOC) for International patient for better coordination. The SPOC will assist patient and accompanying attendant throughout their presence in hospital for all non-medical assistance like registration, admission and discharge formalities, Sim card, Wifi, interpreter, FRRO Formalities, visa extension, accommodation near the hospital and to arrange local sight seeing

Our international patient desk executive (SPOC) will be with you every step of the way at the hospital, from the admission procedure and medical consultations to treatment, recovery, and discharge.
Following successful treatment, the doctor will advise you on post-treatment care
Post-Hospitalization Care
Post-treatment, we assist you with all of your post-hospitalization questions, arrange all of your medical reports, checks to see whether you need any post-operative therapy, takes note of your medication, and, if necessary, provide follow-up support for future sessions

International Patient Desk Coordinator (IPDC) - Job Responsibilities

To coordinate with the Patient, Doctor and Medical Team and assist to the patient for visa letter

To arrange Airport/Railway Station pick up/drop in a cab/ Ambulance for patient and accompanying attendant to hospital or hotel as per patient’s medical condition or choice

To coordinate with the patient for OPD and Health Check up appointment

To collect Investigation reports from the Lab, Radio department and align the patient with doctor for final consultation

To coordinate with reception/Front Office staff to register the patient in FRRO within 12 hours of the patients arrival.

To assist and coordinate with the patient for foreign currency exchange, extension of Visa if require for medical needs.

IPDC will be SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all OP/HC and IP related work/issues.

IPDC will be responsible to give best services and sort it out the issues with Hospital, Hotel, and Transport etc throughout the patient journey.

Conducting regular quality assurance checks to maintain service excellence

Conduct regular meetings with the team to communicate important updates and address any concerns of the patients.

Ensure accurate documentation and accountability of every patient within the Patient Care Guidelines

Educates patients and their families on the care plan; provides details related to treatments, procedures, medications, and continuing care requirements (However Medical Admin and Operation Manager should be in loop)

Complies with hospital and legal requirements by fostering healthcare practices that adhere to the hospital’s rules and regulations

Maintains International patient database by entering new information as it becomes available

IPDC shall meet all foreign IP patient on daily basis till discharge and also coordinate with them for post discharge process like treatment, follow up consultation, rehabilitation etc.
