More than 500 yuvaks and yuvatis of Navsari attended the 3-day Yuva Shibir held at the BAPS Mandir in Gadhada based on the theme 'His Words, Our Mission'.
The shibir theme was presented in three sections:
His Words, Our Life: which discussed the importance of living as per Swamishri's wish by practicing daily devotional rituals, sincerely observing niyam-dharma and using social media with proper discretion.
His Words, Our Strength: which explained the glory of the Akshar-Purushottam upasana and the great fortune of having attained such a profound spiritual path to follow in one’s life.
His Words, Our Mission: which discussed the role of the youths in promoting this profound spiritual path as per the wish of the Gunatit gurus.
Each section was elaborated upon through speeches, workshops, skits, discussions, videos and other activities. Among the speakers were Narayanmuni Swami, Bhaktisagar Swami, Atmatrupt Swami, and other learned and experienced swamis.
The youths also enjoyed a yatra, visiting the holy places in Gadhada sanctified by Bhagwan Swaminarayan, Jiva Khachar’s Darbar and the exhibition ‘Gadhpur Jota Shriji Sambhare’ at the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir.
The youths also had darshan at the mandirs and other sacred places in Sarangpur; Dhari, the birthplace of Yogiji Maharaj; and Mahuva, the birthplace of Bhagatji Maharaj.
In Mahuva, the youths were blessed with the samip darshan of guruhari Mahant Swami Maharaj.
