Over 1,000 yuvaks and yuvatis from Himmatnagar and surrounding districts participated in the three-day Yuva Shibir and Yatra themed ‘A Path of Happiness’.
The 1½-day shibir was held at the BAPS Mandir in Sankari, in which the youths were guided through speeches by learned and experienced swamis and volunteers. The shibir also included workshops, discussions and other activities for the youths.
As part of the yatra, the youths had darshan at Nadiad, Bharuch, Navsari, Kanad (Surat), Chansad and other sacred sites.
