As part of Pramukh Swami Maharaj’s Centenary Celebrations, a special convention for devotees and wellwishers from the Garhwal, Kumaon and Jonsar regions of the Uttarakhand was held at Swaminarayan Akshardham, New Delhi.
The convention, attended by over 900, commenced by welcoming and honoring the murti of Pramukh Swami Maharaj according to the Uttarkhandi tradition with drums, damai, masakbeen, ransingha, hudak and other musical instruments, followed by an Uttarakhandi cultural Chholiya folk dance.
BAPS sadhus presented Pramukh Swami Maharaj’s messages on family harmony and leading an addiction-free life filled with values and spirituality.
