Pramukh Swami Maharaj’s centenary was celebrated at the fifth longest land-based mountain range in the world, the Victorian Alps of the Great Dividing Range in Australia. Here, Pramukh Swami Maharaj's life message ‘In the joy of others, lies our own’, echoed from the summit of the snowcapped Mount Buller.
On this special occasion, individuals from across Australia united to spread this message in remembrance of Pramukh Swami Maharaj’s vision for global peace and harmony. All honored Pramukh Swami Maharaj with great reverence by performing guru pujan and arti. Prostrations were offered as a symbol of humility and servitude. Prayers were offered with purity to spread love, happiness and solidarity, and Pramukh Swami Maharaj's life lessons and incidents were recollected. A procession in the snow was also held, and prayers for world peace and harmony were offered by the swamis and volunteers.
