The Nakuru Mahila Mandal coordinated a get together titled ‘Saachi Maa’ (A True Mother). Mothers were advised on how to up bring their children successfully via videos, speeches, dances and personal experiences. The mothers were shown the importance of engaging their children in mandir activities and encouraging them to perform Ghar sabha. The function started off with an opening dance by the balikas and concluded with the Kishoris dance. The function helped in bringing better awareness among mothers about the role of spirituality and the mandir in bringing up their children.
