BAPS helps youths around the world to stay healthy through a two-step plan: raising awareness and being active. These programs are designed to teach youths the importance of staying fit through recreation and various fitness programs. Youths are encouraged to remain active despite their busy academic and work schedules. Tournaments and intramural leagues are organized for youths. Many BAPS centers also provide weekly yoga and fitness programs from professional instructors and fitness trainers customized for busy executives and young mothers. BAPS tailors programs so that youths are able to remain healthy while balancing their domestic, social, and professional duties.
