Admission

Parents are orally asked few preliminary information of their child for whom admission is required as follows:

2. Child’s Birth date (Admissions are granted as per child’s age, according to rules of age laid down by the Education Department, of State Government.

His present status of Schooling- (a) Name of his present school (b) In which Std. child is studying currently (c) medium of teaching in present school (d) Course followed by the present school (e) How and from whom did he get the information of our school.

Parents fill up the “Inquiry Form” as per sample enclosed.

Then after child is required to meet the Principal/Vice Principal or teachers, of English, Maths and Science.

After teacher’s interaction, Principal or Vice Principal sends the child to Admin Department with their specific remarks of Interactions and his/her ‘Recommendation’ for the admission.

There after higher authorities orally have conversation with parents and child regarding School’s Mission, Aims, Ethics and General Character of the School.

After the final approval of higher authorities. Parents are asked to dully fill the Admission Form in all respects and submit with following documents:

For Foreign Students: Similar procedure is followed when student comes to school and clears all the above formalities in person personally.

7 passport size photographs of student

1 each photograph of parents separately.

Birth certificate original of child with zerox copy

Mark sheet Original of last class attended with zerox copy

One Photograph of local guardian staying nearby school or in the vicinity of Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar other then parents.

First Attempt Certificate Original----for Higher classes only.

Migration Certificate Original----for Higher classes only.

School Leaving/Transfer Certificate dully certified by local District Education Officer in Original.

Aadhar Card of the Student.

Health certificate issued by the family medical doctor.
