Many sannyasis, brahmacharis and scholars representing the Shankar, Ramanuj, Madhva, Nimbark, Gaudiya, Shakta and other Darshan traditions of West Bengal participated in the Sarva Darshan Samanvay Satra, organized in the presence of Mahamahopadhyay Bhadreshdas Swami at the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir in Kolkata by the Sanatan Sanskriti Sansad.
Among the distinguished attendees were Mahamandaleshwar Sri Pranav Chaitanya Puri Maharaj, Sri Vishunupad Kathiababa, Sri Shushidhanand Maharaj, Sri Atmapriyananda Maharaj, Sri Nirgunanand Brahmachari, and Sri Bandhu Gaurav Maharaj.
All spoke about the harmony between the different Darshan traditions that has fostered and strengthened unity, respect and love among the many Sanatan Hindu sampradays. They especially appreciated the efforts of His Holiness Mahant Swami Maharaj in protecting, nourishing and nurturing the core values of Sanatan Dharma.
The Sanatan Sanskriti Sadan also conferred Mahamahopadhyay Bhadreshdas Swami with the prestigious ‘Abhinav Prasthantrayi Bhasyakar and Vedant Ratna’ title for his outstanding philosophical contributions in the field of Vedanta.
By the blessings of Pramukh Swami Maharaj and Mahant Swami Maharaj, Mahamahopadhyay Bhadreshdasji has authored commentaries on canonical shastras of Sanatan Hindu Dharma in the classical Vedic Sanskrit tradition.
