Held under the theme ‘Limitless Horizons’, the India Global Forum Leaders Dinner brought together distinguished leaders from India and the Middle East for an evening of dialogue, collaboration, and networking.
Speaking on the occasion, Brahmavihari Swami remarked, “This Mandir is a shining example of what can be achieved through mutual trust and harmony. Its vision was inspired by the heartfelt prayers of His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj and created by the blessings of His Holiness Mahant Swami Maharaj. It became a reality by the boundless generosity of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the steadfast integrity of the Indian Prime Minister Hon. Shri Narendra Modi.”
HE Sunjay Sudhir, Ambassador of India to the UAE, highlighted the Mandir’s cultural and spiritual significance, “This temple is not only one of the most visited sites in the UAE, but is also a symbol of global harmony and peace, brought to life through the shared aspirations of the visionary leaderships.”
Manoj Ladwa, Founder and Chairman of IGF, emphasized the theme of trust, "Trust is the foundation of the flourishing India-UAE relationship and the bedrock of this great Mandir. It represents the harmony between humanity and nature that both nations aspire to uphold."
The evening also featured engaging discussions on holistic health, leadership, and community well-being, with contributions from notable figures such the founder of Tulah, Faisal Kottikollon, cultural and leadership expert, Suhel Seth, and tennis legend, Leander Paes.
Faisal Kottikollon advocated revisiting ancient wellness practices, "Modern medicine views diseases in isolation, but we are a union of body, mind, and spirit. Ayurveda offers a path to holistic health."
Suhel Seth highlighted the role of spirituality in wellness, “Good health begins with a good soul. The BAPS Mandir reflects the Hindu way of life and serves as an oasis of spiritual healing in today's world. It is the truest oasis in this desert. Be it at a mandir, mosque or church, at every moment, humanity needs spiritual healing.”
Leander Paes spoke about the unifying power of sports and the balance between cultures, “Sports transcend barriers and my dream is to inspire millions of children through this universal language. Success lies in balancing Western innovations with Eastern wisdom.”
