On Saturday, June 24, 2023, the women devotees of BAPS Canada orchestrated a magnificent celebration called 'Symphony of Self: Orchestrating Inner and Outer Harmony.' This program explored the multifaceted aspects of harmonious living, uncovering the secrets to cultivating harmony within ourselves, others, and the world around us. The event's focal points were mindfulness, connection, and sustainability, which came together to create a symphony of self resonating internally and externally. The occasion not only honored the strength and courage of women but also emphasized the significance of physical, spiritual, intellectual, and interpersonal well-being.
As the program unfolded, taking the audience on a captivating journey through the Symphony of Self: Orchestrating Inner and Outer Harmony, attendees were encouraged to pause and reflect on the transformative experiences that brought them together.

'Whenever there's a crisis or a need for help, BAPS is one of the first organizations to take the lead. Whether it's a pandemic or setting up a vaccine clinic or giving food to people in need or helping the students. When we needed to evacuate 22,000 Indian students from the Ukraine, we looked towards BAPS to help them to provide them food and accommodation.'
