A leadership seminar for BAPS volunteers was organised in the presence of Pujya Keshavjivan Swami (Pujya Mahant Swami). On 13th April 2015, more than 130 volunteers from across Australia and New Zealand gathered together at the new BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Adelaide. Pujya Mahant Swami and learned sadhus shared their spiritual knowledge and experience on the theme, “Yagnapurush chhe saathe” ("Shastriji Maharaj is with us"). Pujya Mahant Swami explored on understanding and imbibing ideal spiritual values in our lives as a leader.
Breakout sessions were planned to enable volunteers of specific departments to discuss key issues that relate to their more specific activities. Inspirational and enlightening discourses were delivered by sadhus who focussed on Swamishri’s wishes for volunteers, focussing specifically on developing one’s personal Satsang, understanding importance of Seva and remaining humble while doing it.
Volunteers dispersed with a positive message and a pledge to remain humble and serve the organisation.
