The BAPS Women’s Wing organized Women’s Conferences across many centers in Africa, with the inspiring theme of “Make It Happen”.
The conference in each center comprised of vibrant cultural performances and inspiring speakers. Luminaries, speakers, and invited guests at BAPS Women’s Conference 2015 discussed ways in which women can empower themselves and, in turn, improve their overall quality of life as well as make positive improvements within their community.
The programs included multimedia presentations and inspiring skits to help analyze the status of women empowerment using various indicators like women’s decision-making powers, financial autonomy and access to education.
By sharing their different views and opinions, women were inspired to 'Make It Happen' by making a positive commitment towards improvements in their own quality of life, in their faith and in the well-being of women everywhere.
