બી.એ.પી.એસ. સ્વામિનારાયણ સંસ્થાના વડા અને મહાન સંત પરમ પૂજ્ય પ્રમુખસ્વામી મહારાજ છેલ્લા કેટલાય દાયકાઓથી ગામડાંઓ અને શહેરોમાં ઘૂમીને લાખો લોકોને આધ્યાત્મિક પ્રેરણા આપી રહ્યા છે. દાયકાઓથી રોજ સેંકડો હરિભક્તોને વ્યક્તિગત મળીને તેમના આધ્યાત્મિક કે અન્ય પ્રશ્નોમાં તેઓ માર્ગદર્શન આપતા રહ્યા છે. પરમ પૂજ્ય સ્વામીજીના માર્ગદર્શન અનુસાર અસંખ્ય હરિભક્તો પોતાના જીવનની અગત્યની બાબતોનો નિર્ણય લઈ રહ્યા છે. પરંતુ છેલ્લા કેટલાક મહિનાઓથી ઉંમર અને સ્વાસ્થ્યની પ્રતિકૂળતાને કારણે તેઓને હરિભક્તોને વ્યક્તિગત મળીને તેમના પ્રશ્નોમાં માર્ગદર્શન આપવાની અનુકૂળતા નથી રહી. આથી, હરિભક્તોને તેમના વ્યક્તિગત પ્રશ્નોમાં માર્ગદર્શન મેળવવા માટે પરમ પૂજ્ય પ્રમુખસ્વામી મહારાજે બી.એ.પી.એસ. સ્વામિનારાયણ સંસ્થાના વરિષ્ઠ સંત પૂજ્ય મહંત સ્વામીને મળવા સૌને આદેશ આપ્યો છે. તેઓએ તા. ૬-૩-૨૦૧૩ના રોજ લખેલા એક પત્રમાં જણાવ્યું છે કે હું વ્યક્તિગત રીતે સૌને મળી શકતો ન હોવાથી તમામ હરિભક્તોએ પૂજ્ય મહંત સ્વામી પાસેથી પોતાના પ્રશ્નોનું સમાધાન મેળવવું.
અત્રે ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે બી.એ.પી.એસ. સ્વામિનારાયણ સંસ્થાના આધ્યાત્મિક વડા તરીકે અને ગુરુપદે બિરાજીને પરમ પૂજ્ય પ્રમુખસ્વામી મહારાજ હજુયે સૌને આધ્યાત્મિક છત્રછાયા પૂરી પાડી રહ્યા છે અને તેઓના જીવનપર્યંત સૌને તેઓની એ આધ્યાત્મિક છત્રછાયાનો લાભ પ્રાપ્ત થતો રહેશે.
પૂજ્ય મહંત સ્વામી સન ૧૯૫૬માં બી.એસસી.(એગ્રિ.)ની ડિગ્રી પ્રાપ્ત કરીને સન ૧૯૫૭માં દીક્ષિત થઈને બ્રહ્મસ્વરૂપ યોગીજી મહારાજની સેવામાં જોડાયા હતા. પરમ પૂજ્ય યોગીજી મહારાજ અને પરમ પૂજ્ય પ્રમુખસ્વામી મહારાજના કૃપાપાત્ર વરિષ્ઠ સંતોમાંના તેઓ એક છે. પરમ પૂજ્ય પ્રમુખસ્વામી મહારાજની આજ્ઞા અનુસાર તેઓ દેશ-વિદેશમાં વિચરણ કરીને સત્સંગ-પ્રસારનું કાર્ય કરી રહ્યા છે.
His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj, spiritual head of BAPS, has been touring villages, towns and countries to inspire devotees for over four decades. He has been meeting devotees personally to guide them on spiritual and personal issues. Devotees often make or change their decisions based on Pramukh Swami Maharaj’s guidance. However, for the past few months, due to old age and health concerns, he has not been able to meet devotees personally and offer them the usual guidance.
Hence, in a letter dated 6 March 2013, Pramukh Swami Maharaj has directed sadhus and devotees to meet senior sadguru Sadhu Keshavjivandas (Pujya Mahant Swami) for guidance on their day-to-day matters.
His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj remains BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha’s spiritual head, and all sadhus, devotees and well-wishers will continue to experience his divine darshan and inspiration.
Pujya Mahant Swami completed his B.Sc. (agriculture) in 1956 and took initiation as a sadhu at the hands of Brahmaswarup Yogiji Maharaj in 1957. He is one of the senior sadhus of BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha, having served both Yogiji Maharaj and Pramukh Swami Maharaj. As per the blessings of Pramukh Swami Maharaj, Pujya Mahant Swami and other senior sadhus will continue their Satsang tours to inspire devotees.

You are all aware that for some time now my health has not remained good and so I have been unable to meet everyone in person. Therefore, from now on, all sadhus and devotees should meet Pujya Mahant Swami for guidance on their personal matters and questions, to obtain solutions.
