97th Patostav of Sarangpur Mandir
In the evening, despite the summer heat, Swamishri came out for Thakorji’s darshan in the mandir. Swamishri performed the shayan arti in all the shrines. Thereafter, Swamishri greeted all the senior sadhus: Pujya Mahant Swami, Dr Swami, Kothari Swami, Tyagvallabh Swami, Ishwarcharan Swami, Viveksagar Swami and Ghanshyamcharan Swami.
At 9.00 p.m. Swamishri gave darshan from ‘Akshar Jharukho’. To celebrate the patostav, a procession of Thakorji was carried out below Swamishri’s jharukho. Pujya Mahant Swami performed pujan of the utsav murtis of Akshar- Purushottam Maharaj and Pujya Tyagvallabh Swami performed pujan of Shri Harikrishna Maharaj in ‘Akshar Jharukho’ and then did pujan and archan of Swamishri. Then everyone performed mass arti and offered mantra pushpanjali. Pujya Ghanshyamcharan Swami sang “Sãrangpur mã vãlo…” to the joy of Swamishri and all. Swamishri and all waved BAPS flags and later he also rang a bell. Finally, thal was offered to Harikrishna Maharaj and thereafter Pujya Tyagvallabh Swami offered shiro to Swamishri.
