It was time for dinner. Swamishri was seated on his bed leaning on a few cushions. Narayancharan Swami came to make the arrangements and asked, “Would you like to sit straight?” “All my life I’ve been straight. I’ve never sat in an awkward way,” Swamishri replied in a casual and telling manner. “I’m referring to your sitting posture on your bed,” the attendant sadhu clarified. “I’ve always sat straight and walked straight,” replied Swamishri with a smile.
