At 11.00 am Swamishri performed the pujan rituals of the EECP (Enhanced External Counter Pulsation) machine, which improves the capacity of the heart to supply blood to its own muscles. For 35 days Swamishri was scheduled for an hour’s treatment on the machine daily. Swamishri blessed the doctors operating the machine.

After his morning puja Swamishri and the congregation of sadhus and devotees chanted dhun following the demise of Haka Bapu in Sarangpur, a veteran devotee who had served Shastriji Maharaj, Yogiji Maharaj and Pramukh Swami Maharaj all his life. Swamishri sent a sanctified garland with Viveksagar Swami and sadhus who travelled to Sarangpur for the last rites. Swamishri eulogized Haka Bapu’s services, “He was inclined towards listening to and delivering spiritual discourses. He inspired satsang in Chitrasar, Mahijada, Vasai, Navagam, Bareja and other places. He was an all-rounder. He was successful in any task given to him. He had a humorous nature and was social so everyone liked him.”

Today, 68 years ago, Shastriji Maharaj had given diksha to Swamishri. After Swamishri’s morning puja, Ishwarcharan Swami garlanded and honoured Swamishri on behalf of everyone.
