In the Vachanamrut, Bhagwan Swaminarayan has said that to attain complete knowledge of God's actual form one must study the four types of scriptures: Sankhya, Yoga, Vedant and Pancharatra.
Whereas the first three deal with the teachings of God's form, the Pancharatra body of scriptures provides guidance in the mode of worship rituals necessary to understand the form of God. The Pancharatra scriptures are revered, studied and followed throughout the whole of India and other countries of Southeast Asia.
This publication of the 'Naradpancharatram: Sankarsana-Samhita', in Sanskrit, will provide scholars a chance to study this scripture in greater depth.
Edited by a leading scholar in the field, this publication is a significant and much-needed contribution to the acedamic world.
