Devotees and well-wishers joyously gathered at BAPS Mandirs to celebrate the 102nd birth anniversary of His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj. The event titled “Pramukh Swami ni Amulya Bhet,” a cultural program cherishing the invaluable gifts given to society by Pramukh Swami Maharaj, took place at over 100 mandirs across North America.
The program, organized by women, for women, incorporated unique mediums such as live presentations and performances, video montages with insightful reflections, and blessings from His Holiness Mahant Swami Maharaj and senior BAPS Swamis to commemorate the impact Pramukh Swami Maharaj had on individuals, families, and communities across the world.
Recounting one of the invaluable gifts in the form of mandirs, including the recently built BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham in New Jersey, the program highlighted how Pramukh Swami Maharaj built mandirs which serve as beacons of culture, faith, and selfless service, and inspired individuals to become the best versions of themselves through guiding by example.
Hundreds paid their heartfelt tribute to Pramukh Swami Maharaj for a lifetime of memories, lessons, and happiness. As the program concluded, devotees reflected on the most cherished gift of all that Pramukh Swami Maharaj gave them: the opportunity to build Akshardham in not only North America but also in their hearts.
