On Saturday, August 23, 2014 there was a lot of joy as H.H. Pramukh Swami Maharaj was in Ahmedabad. Over 3000 Yuvatis and Mahilas united to show the dedication and bhakti to Bhagwan Swaminarayan and our Gurus through swagat dance, sidhaant gaan, drama, speeches and video presentation on the theme “Samarpan”.
Smt. Vidyaben Patel did a parayan on the life, work, dedication and numerous hardships faced by our gurus in propagating the truth of the Akshar-Purushottam Upasana.
Kishoriben Trivedi delivered a touching speech on Samarpan – selfless and complete dedication and motivated the delegates to imbibe these positive qualities in their lives.
With faith, discipline and selfless devotion to duty, there is nothing that one cannot achieve. The parayan came to an end with a speech by Ilaben Patel on discipline while doing darshan.
After the parayan, all the delegates departed with a renewed sense of selfless and complete dedication – Samarpan.
