The annual exams for the Satsang Shikshan Pariksha course, inspired by Brahmaswarup Yogiji Maharaj, took place across the UK and in parts of Europe on Sunday 4 March 2012.
The religious knowledge course about the Swaminarayan Sampradaya consists of a series of small textbooks comprising progressive levels of difficulty, available both in Gujarati and English.
Exams for the various levels were held this year at 16 centres across the UK – Ashton, Birmingham, Coventry, Crawley, Glasgow, Leicester, London, East London, South London, South East London, Loughborough, Luton, Nottingham, Newcastle, Preston and Wellingborough, – and at five centres in Europe – Antwerp, Dublin, Lisbon, Paris and Milan.
This year, all candidates were required to register online using the Satsang Exam e-registration facility available on www.baps.org. Going forward, the exams will take place in February/March every year, with results being made available in the candidate’s own online account.
