Over 40 youths attended the Yuva Shibir held at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Durban from 4 to 6 June 2010. Youths from Cape Town and Johannesburg helped to conduct the Shibir which centered on the theme, ‘ Maano Mali Chhe moti Vat …’
Speeches, audiovisual presentations, discussions, question-answer sessions and theme-based group activities guided the youths on important aspects of satsang such as, seva, unity, prapti, happiness, etc. and their application in daily life.
The youths learnt the correct way to perform their daily personal puja (nitya puja) and also participated in the nightly recitation of the cheshta.
The Shibir helped the youths to strengthen their understanding and practice of satsang.
