On 25 October, the day of Diwali, Chopda pujan was held in the mandir in which around 250 accounts books were worshiped in a traditional Vedic Ceremony. Then in the satsang assembly, attended by over 500 devotees, Pramukh Swami Maharaj's special message for the occasion of the Hindu New Year was relayed to all.
On 26 October, the Hindu New Year, a beautifully decorated annakut of 750 vegetarian delicacies was offered to the deities.
The High Commissioner of India Mr. Narendra Kumar, also came for darshan of the annakut and was delighted by the impressive display.
A special rangoli design was also crafted with colored rice and flowers.
Over 7000 people visited the annakut for darshan.
