નિરંતર ભક્તિમય રહેતા સ્વામીશ્રી તો કથા અને અને કીર્તનના પરમ અનુરાગી હતા.
તેઓ વારંવાર કહેતા: કથા અને કીર્તન તો આત્માનો ખોરાક છે.

Brahmswarup Pramukh Swami Maharaj was an ideal example of devotion towards God.
Swamishri was constantly engrossed in devotion, through katha and kirtan.
He considered katha and kirtan as food for the soul.
He always believed katha-satsang-bhakti-kirtan as ‘amrut’ - nectar, Aksharnu Amrut! He would always enjoy this amrut, and would ask others to do the same.
Thus on the eve of his Shatabdi Celebrations as a mark of respect and rememberance, BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha has created the ‘Akshar Amrutam’ app.
