પ્રેરણા પરિમલ
સ્વામીશ્રીની સ્વાભાવિક પ્રકૃતિ
વાસણાના નટુભાઈ ઠક્કર અને પરિવારે હાથે છડેલા ચોખા મોકલ્યા હતા. આ ચોખાની પોટલી સ્વામીશ્રીની રસોઈ કરનાર કૃષ્ણવલ્લભ સ્વામીએ સ્વામીશ્રીને બતાવી અને એનો કાગળ પણ વંચાવ્યો.
સ્વામીશ્રીએ તરત જ કહ્યું : 'ધર્મચરણને આપજો અને કહેજો કે પત્ર લખે કે ચોખા મળી ગયા છે.'
નાનામાં નાની વસ્તુ મળ્યા પછી એ વસ્તુ મળ્યાનો પત્ર લખવાનો સ્વામીશ્રીનો આગ્રહ છે. આ તેઓની ચોકસાઈ અને સ્વાભાવિક પ્રકૃતિ છે. ચોખાને બતાવતાં સ્વામીશ્રી કહે : 'આને પણ રાંધીને ઠાકોરજીને જમાડજો.'
એક સંત બોલ્યા : 'પણ આવા હાથે છડેલા ચોખા ચડતા જ નથી હોતા.'
આ સાંભળીને સ્વામીશ્રી કહે, 'આ બધાએ કેટલો દાખડો કર્યો છે. સ્વામિનારાયણ... સ્વામિનારાયણ... બોલતાં બોલતાં ચોખા ફોલ્યા છે એટલે ચડી જ જશે.'
ખરેખર, સ્વામીશ્રીને મન વસ્તુ કરતાં ભક્તોનો ભાવ અધિક છે. અને એટલે જ નાની વસ્તુને પણ સ્વામીશ્રી અત્યંત ખટકાથી સ્વીકારતા હોય છે. (૨૫-૧૧-૨૦૦૪, અમદાવાદ)

No matter how a devotee dies, he will reach God
“In this world, many sinful people die with full consciousness. Also, a soldier or a rajput who has injured his body may die while being fully conscious. That being so, will a non-believer who dies with full consciousness still attain liberation, despite being a non-believer? Of course not; he will certainly be consigned to narak. Conversely, regardless of whether a devotee of God dies in a disturbed state due to the influence of bãdhitãnuvrutti or while engaged in the chanting of God’s name, that devotee still reaches the holy feet of God.”
