યોગીજી મહારાજનાં પ્રવચનોમાં ઊંડી અધ્યાત્મ વાર્તાને સ્થાને સંગઠનભાવની વાતો વિશેષ રહેતી.
આજના વિદાય પ્રવચનમાં (અગાઉના કાર્યક્રમ મુજબ) સ્વામીશ્રીએ કહ્યું :
'બધાએ મંદિરે રોજ દર્શન કરવા સારુ આવવું. રવિવારે બધાએ આવવું જ. મંદિરની આજુબાજુમાં સૌએ જગ્યા લેવી. સાંજે ભેગાં થવું. કથા કરવી. (વચનામૃતનો) ચોપડો રાખવો. પચાસ માળા રાખવી. કોઈએ ગુસ્સો ન કરવો. એકબીજાનો મહિમા સમજવો. ઊંચે સાદે ન બોલવું. નિર્માની થવું. એકબીજાનું ખમી લેવું, પણ ધોબીએ ધોબી ન થવું. (ધોબીનું દૃષ્ટાંત તથા આણંદમાં મહારાજે સૌને નિર્માનીપણે વર્તાવ્યા એ વાત વિસ્તારથી કરી)...'
'...સંપ રાખશો તો પાંચ જણા પાંચસોને ભારે પડશે. આખા લંડનમાં ડંકો વાગશે. નહિ તો પાંચસો હશે તોપણ કંઈ નહિ...'

Gadhadã III-4:
No matter how a devotee dies, he will reach God
“In this world, many sinful people die with full consciousness. Also, a soldier or a rajput who has injured his body may die while being fully conscious. That being so, will a non-believer who dies with full consciousness still attain liberation, despite being a non-believer? Of course not; he will certainly be consigned to narak. Conversely, regardless of whether a devotee of God dies in a disturbed state due to the influence of bãdhitãnuvrutti or while engaged in the chanting of God’s name, that devotee still reaches the holy feet of God.”
