આજે સ્વામીશ્રી રાત્રિભોજન ગ્રહણ કરવા વિરાજ્યા ત્યારે ‘જેના ગુણે રીઝ્યા ગિરધારી’ ગ્રંથનું વાંચન શરૂ થયું, જેમાં નિઃસ્વાદી પ્રકરણ વંચાયું. તેના આધારે સ્વામીશ્રીને પ્રશ્ન પુછાયો : ‘આપને કઈ વાનગી ભાવે ?’
સ્વામીશ્રી કહે : ‘બધી.’
બીજો પ્રશ્ન પુછાયો : ‘આપને કયા ફળનો રસ ફાવે ?’
સ્વામીશ્રી હસીને કહે : ‘કારેલાંનો...’
સૌ હસી પડ્યા.

Attaining Oneness with the Form of God
Thereupon Muktãnand Swãmi asked, "When a sãdhu attains oneness with the form of God, does he attain it through samãdhi, or can he also attain it through some other method?"
Shriji Mahãrãj replied, "Once a person has known that this is a neem tree, he never harbours the doubt in his mind, 'Is this a neem tree, or not?' similarly, if one has total realisation of God's form, and if one no longer harbours any doubts about it, and if one's mind in no way causes one's conviction of God to waver regardless of the type of scriptures one may hear, then such absolute conviction is what I call oneness."
