ભજન કરતાં શીખવું

એક હરિભક્ત પ્રમુખ સ્વામી મહારાજના દર્શને આવ્યા. સ્વામીશ્રીએ તેમને પૂછ્યું : 'મંદિરે આવો છો ?'
તેઓ કહે : 'કામ બહુ રહે છે.'
'સ્વામીશ્રી કહે, 'બ્રહ્માંડ થયું ત્યારથી આજ સુધી કામ ખૂટતું જ નથી, એ પૂરું થયું જ નથી, એ તો ચાલ્યા જ કરવાનું. માટે ભજન કરતાં શીખવું.'
ભજન એ સ્વામીશ્રીનો જીવનમંત્ર છે.

What are the Reasons for Distinctions in Levels of Faith?
Thereafter Chaitanyãnand Swãmi asked, "Mahãrãj, how have such distinctions in faith arisen?"
Shriji Mahãrãj replied, "When an aspirant initially approaches a guru, several factors cause distinctions in his faith: the auspiciousness and inauspiciousness of place, time, company, initiation, action, mantra, scriptures, etc., with regards to the guru; as well as the intensity of one's own shraddhã. Therefore, one should always associate with favourable places, times, etc. Moreover, one should acquire wisdom from a speaker who is serene and faultless.
