ભોજન દરમ્યાન કમ્પ્યૂટરની ચમત્કૃતિની વાતો ચાલી રહી હતી. આ બધી ચમત્કૃતિની વાતોને અંતે વિવેકસાગર સ્વામી કહે, 'એક બ્રહ્મરૂપ થવાનો પ્રોગ્રામ જો આવી જાય તો સારામાં સારું થઈજાય.'
સ્વામીશ્રી મંદ હસતાં હસતાં કહે, 'ભગવાને એક વસ્તુ પોતાની પાસે જ રાખી મૂકી છે. એમના સિવાય એ શક્ય જ નથી.'

Loyã-16: Qualities of a Person Free From Worldly Desires

"… However, a person whose worldly desires have become completely uprooted is oblivious to the vishays during the waking state, just as he is during the state of deep sleep. He would regard all pleasant and unpleasant vishays as equal and would behave as one who is gunãtit."

1876	7 Sep 1820	Tuesday	"Vachanamrut Sarangpur-11 Shriji Maharaj describes what spiritual progreee may be attained by personal endeavor, "One who, by the words of the Sadguru and the scriptures, has attained firm vairagya, has firm shraddha, strictly observes the eight aspects of brahmacharya, has affinity towards non-violence and absolutely firmly realises oneself to be the atma is relieved of the burden of births and deaths which hangs over one’s head. Then, just like a grain of rice that has had its outer chaff removed does not grow, a mukta who has the virtues just mentioned is freed from eternal ignorance in the form of maya. He is thereby freed from the cycle of births and deaths and attains the state of atma-realisation. This much can be achieved by personal endeavour."

1877	27 Aug 1821	Monday	Vachanamrut Gadhada II-13 This is one of the most important Vachanamruts for understanding that Shriji Maharaj was himself supreme God. Shriji Maharaj reveals his own greatness in a most humble and matter-of-fact way. He states that he is the supreme God who is seated in the divine abode of Akshardham. Then, Maharaj says, “Whoever meditates on the human form of that God sees the luminous, divine form seated in Akshardham. Such a person who meditates in this manner, traverses maya and attains the highest state of enlightenment. So, even though God assumes a human body, He is still divine, and the place where He resides is also nirgun. His clothes, jewellery, vehicles, attendants, food, drinks, etc. – in fact, any other objects which become associated with Him – are all nirgun. One who realises God’s form in this manner does not harbour any affection for the panchvishays, just like I do not. He becomes independent.”

1883	22 Aug 1827	Wednesday	Vachanamrut Gadhada III-20 Shriji Maharaj explains how to overcome vasana, “Bhakti accompanied by atma-realisation is the only means to eradicate vasana.”
